Meet Randell Beck
For more than three decades, I’ve worked in environments where perception changes outcomes.
From military leadership to Manhattan commercial real estate, from executive strategy to cinematic storytelling, the pattern has remained the same:
Exceptional work is rarely enough.
The market must understand its value before it can reward it.
I founded StudioLensa, an Atlanta-based Reputation Design and cinematic production studio, to help established companies close that distance—the Recognition Gap between what an organization has actually become and what its market recognizes it to be.
We identify the truth of the business, clarify what the market needs to understand, and create the strategy, narrative and visual evidence that makes that value visible.

“Companies often change faster than reputations do. The capabilities improve. The leadership evolves. The work gets better. But the market may still be responding to an older version of the company. We identify that Recognition Gap, determine what needs to change, and create the evidence that helps the market see the company as it actually is.”

Randell Beck – Producer | Director | CEO
Randell “Randy” Beck is the founder and CEO of StudioLensa, an Atlanta-based Reputation Design studio combining business strategy, brand narrative, commercial photography and cinematic video production to help established companies improve the way they are understood and recognized by their markets.
A former U.S. Naval Officer with early command and Naval Special Warfare support experience, Beck earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to a career in Manhattan commercial real estate development and corporate leadership. That combination of military leadership, executive business experience and creative production now informs StudioLensa’s approach: understand the business first, diagnose the recognition problem, then determine what should be created.
As a producer, director and commercial photographer, Beck has developed an award-winning body of work spanning corporate and brand films, architectural and commercial photography, executive interviews, documentary storytelling, construction and commercial real estate, aerial drone photography and video, and strategic content.
His central premise is simple: the quality of a company’s market presence should reflect the quality of the company itself.

Meet The Team
StudioLensa brings together strategists, producers, directors, photographers, cinematographers, editors, aerial specialists and creative partners around one objective: make the real quality of the client visible.
Our team scales to the assignment. A focused architectural photography project may require only a small specialist crew; a corporate brand film or documentary production may bring together multiple cameras, lighting, sound, aerial production, editing and creative development.
What remains constant is the process. We understand the business and audience first, establish what the work needs to communicate, and then assemble the right people and production resources to create it.
That allows StudioLensa to deliver the capabilities of a sophisticated commercial production company without losing the direct creative and strategic involvement that defines a smaller studio.

The Way We Work
Every engagement begins long before the first photograph is made or the first frame is captured.
We begin by understanding your business. Not simply what you do, but how you are perceived, where opportunity is being left on the table, and what the market should understand the moment your name appears. That difference between the company you have become and the company the market recognizes is the Recognition Gap.
Only then do we decide what should be created.
Sometimes the answer is a cinematic brand or corporate film. Sometimes it’s executive thought leadership, commercial or architectural photography, documentary storytelling, aerial photography and video, a strategic content library, or something much simpler. The intervention follows the diagnosis. We don’t begin with deliverables. We begin with outcomes.
That approach comes from a career spent making decisions where preparation mattered. Military leadership, executive business, commercial real estate, and cinematic production all reinforced the same lesson: clarity before action produces better results than activity without direction.
Every recommendation we make is measured against a single standard: Will this meaningfully improve the way the market sees your company?
If the answer is no, we don’t recommend it.
If the answer is yes, we pursue it with the same discipline, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that built StudioLensa in the first place.
