Studio Lensa – Frequently Asked Questions

StudioLensa helps established companies close the gap between what the organization has actually become and what the market recognizes it to be. We call this the Recognition Gap. It can appear as an outdated brand, an unclear story, inconsistent marketing, weak visual presence, poor differentiation, or simply a company that looks smaller or less capable than it really is. We diagnose the perception problem first, then determine what evidence—strategy, narrative, photography, film, executive content or a larger reputation-design program—is needed to change it.
Our best clients are established companies and professional organizations that have already built something worth recognizing. They may have grown, changed leadership, expanded capabilities, entered new markets or simply outgrown the way they present themselves. We work especially well with leadership teams that value strategy, strong creative work and direct collaboration—and want their market presence to reflect the quality of the organization behind it.
We begin with diagnosis, not deliverables. StudioLensa combines executive-level business thinking, reputation strategy, narrative development and cinematic production in one process. Sometimes the right intervention is a brand film. Sometimes it is photography, executive authority content, a case study or an ongoing communications program. And sometimes the problem isn’t content at all. The objective is not to produce more material—it is to create the right evidence to change what the market sees and understands.
StudioLensa provides Reputation Design and recognition strategy, brand and corporate films, commercial photography, architectural photography, aerial drone photography and video, executive interviews and authority content, documentary storytelling, case studies, event coverage and ongoing content programs. We also work with clients and their existing marketing teams to develop the strategy, narrative and visual evidence needed to support a broader market position.
Engagements range from focused photography and video assignments to complete strategic and cinematic productions and ongoing Reputation Design programs. Smaller production engagements can begin under $1,000, while larger brand films, multi-day productions and strategic programs are scoped individually. After a brief conversation about the business objective, we recommend the smallest engagement capable of solving the actual problem.
Diagnosis before prescription. We begin by understanding the company, its audience, its current market perception and the result leadership wants to create. From there we identify the recognition problem, develop the idea and narrative, determine the right intervention, produce the necessary evidence, and deliver it for use across the appropriate channels. For larger engagements, we can also evaluate how that evidence changes recognition over time.
A focused photography or video assignment may be completed within days; a brand film or larger production typically develops over several weeks. Strategic Reputation Design engagements may run longer because they involve research, diagnosis, creative development and multiple forms of execution. We establish the schedule, milestones and delivery dates before production begins.
Deliverables are defined before the engagement begins. Depending on the project, that may include finished films, short-form edits, commercial or architectural photography, aerial imagery, interview content, case studies, social assets or a coordinated library of material for multiple channels. More importantly, each deliverable is designed around a defined business and communication objective rather than produced simply to fill a content calendar.
Most StudioLensa productions include defined review and revision rounds in the project scope. We establish the creative direction carefully before production so revisions are usually refinements rather than attempts to discover the idea after the work is finished. Additional revisions or significant changes in scope can always be accommodated when needed.
Yes. StudioLensa can handle concept development, interview design, scripting, story structure, professional voiceover, on-camera talent and other production resources as required. We also frequently build films around authentic executive, employee and customer interviews rather than conventional scripted advertising.
Absolutely. StudioLensa frequently works alongside internal marketing teams, executives, agencies, web developers and other creative partners. We can lead strategy and production or serve as the specialist production and narrative partner within an existing team. The objective is a coherent market presence—not territorial ownership of every piece of it.
Yes. StudioLensa is based in metro Atlanta and works throughout Georgia and across the United States. We regularly travel for corporate, architectural, construction, commercial real-estate, healthcare, event and documentary assignments. Travel requirements and expenses are established in advance.
Yes. StudioLensa maintains commercial business and production insurance and can provide certificates of insurance when required. Our aerial operations are conducted by FAA Part 107-certified remote pilots, and we regularly work within the safety, access and compliance requirements of corporate, construction, commercial real-estate and controlled facilities.
Usage and ownership are defined in the project agreement. Clients receive the rights necessary to use finished deliverables for the agreed business purposes, and expanded licensing or transfer arrangements can be established when required. We keep this explicit from the beginning so there are no surprises after production.
Yes. Captions, subtitles, transcripts and accessible versions can be included as required. We can also create alternate aspect ratios and versions for websites, presentations, social platforms, YouTube and other distribution environments.
We define success against the business objective, not vanity metrics alone. Depending on the engagement, that may include stronger market recognition, clearer positioning, improved sales conversations, greater executive authority, better engagement, increased qualified inquiries, stronger recruiting or more effective use of the material by sales and marketing teams. For strategic engagements, we establish what needs to change before deciding what should be measured.
Yes—but we don’t believe companies need content simply for the sake of feeding a calendar. StudioLensa can build ongoing photography, video, executive authority and social-content programs around a defined narrative and business objective. Production can be scheduled quarterly, monthly or around important company events so the organization develops a consistent body of evidence over time.
Yes. StudioLensa can produce finished advertising for theatre, broadcast, web and digital campaigns, including concept development, production, editing, graphics, sound and delivery to required specifications. We can create a standalone commercial or develop advertising as one component of a larger brand or Reputation Design program.
We don’t begin by prescribing content before understanding the problem. We are not a high-volume commodity content shop, and we don’t recommend a film, campaign or ongoing program simply because it creates another deliverable to sell. If the problem doesn’t require production—or another specialist is better suited to part of the work—we’ll say so. The work has to serve the business.
StudioLensa maintains professional cinema, photography, lighting, audio and FAA-compliant aerial production capabilities appropriate for commercial work. Specific camera and production systems are selected around the assignment rather than used as the reason to hire us. Our clients are buying the judgment, story and finished result—not a camera inventory.
Yes. We regularly work with confidential business information, unreleased projects, private facilities and executive communications, and we’re comfortable operating under client NDAs and appropriate information-security requirements.
Start with a conversation. Once we understand the objective, we provide a written scope defining the work, deliverables, schedule and investment. Production dates are reserved when the agreement and required payment are received. Payment schedules vary with the size and duration of the engagement and are stated clearly in the proposal.
Often, yes. We can review existing footage, photography, interviews, edits or campaigns and determine whether the underlying material can be restructured, re-edited or incorporated into stronger work. We begin by identifying why the original project failed to accomplish its objective; sometimes the problem is execution, and sometimes the problem began much earlier with the idea.
A conversation, not a sales pitch. Tell us what has changed in the business, what the market currently sees, and what you need people to understand. We’ll help determine whether the issue is production, positioning, recognition—or some combination of the three—and recommend an appropriate next step.
