Architecture
Scouts Overlook
For this new construction in the mountains, the client initially hired a team that missed the essence of the home by focusing on interiors instead of the commanding views. I reframed the story by using sweeping drone cinematography to anchor the home in its dramatic natural surroundings, tying interior and exterior together. The result was a cinematic piece that elevated the property’s value and gave the builder a powerful marketing tool that communicated the true lifestyle offering.
By connecting the architecture to the emotional pull of its landscape, the video created a narrative that sold more than features—it sold a feeling. This distinction helped differentiate the builder’s product in a crowded luxury market.

Holiday Inn, Charleston
This legacy hotel was on the verge of a major transformation. I crafted a forward-looking video to serve as a visual baseline for stakeholders and investors, showcasing the existing structure while hinting at its future potential. The film positioned the property not just as a renovation, but as a reinvention—supporting vision alignment across design, development, and hospitality teams.
The piece blended architectural storytelling with urban development context, making it ideal for pitches, investor meetings, and municipal conversations. It gave the project a “before” narrative with emotional and financial resonance.
Build-to-Suit Manufacturing Facility
To document the lifecycle of a purpose-built industrial facility, I captured the construction process from ground-up. The video served both as a marketing asset and internal record, demonstrating the developer’s expertise in managing complexity, schedule, and scale. It gave them a case study in motion—ideal for winning future business and communicating capabilities to potential tenants and partners.
From drone flyovers to time-lapse captures, the production showed not just the finished product but the professionalism of the process. It allowed the client to highlight reliability, precision, and timeline performance in a visual format more persuasive than slides or spreadsheets

Cobra Kai House
This high-end B&B, famously used as Daniel LaRusso’s home in Cobra Kai, needed a video that balanced pop culture allure with luxury appeal. I delivered a mood-driven film that invited fans and discerning travelers alike to step into an iconic space, blending cinematic flair with boutique hospitality. The video and photos were picked up by TMZ, generating national exposure and bookings.
I shot to enhance not just the interiors but the full experiential appeal—sunlight, breeze, mood, intimacy—turning it from a recognizable location into an aspirational stay. The viral attention also elevated the property’s credibility and media value.
Theater Concept for Acworth
Working with the Acworth Community Arts Council, I created a visionary concept video to support fundraising efforts for a proposed black box theatre. With no physical structure yet, I blended architectural sketches, ambient visuals, and storytelling to paint a compelling picture of what could be. The piece inspired donors and stakeholders to imagine—and invest in—the future of the arts in their community.
The video became the emotional cornerstone of their capital campaign, giving a face to an abstract idea. It served as both a fundraising catalyst and a civic rallying point, helping transform cultural aspiration into concrete momentum.

Buckhead Plaza Public Art
Commissioned by Cousins Properties, this short documentary highlighted their process of curating and installing public art at Buckhead Plaza. I emphasized the collaboration between artists, designers, and developers to demonstrate how placemaking can elevate commercial real estate. The film now functions as both a PR asset and internal case study, showcasing Cousins’ cultural leadership.
By focusing on the intentionality and craftsmanship behind the art selections, the piece showed how value in real estate isn’t just built—it’s curated. It also gave the client content to support thought leadership and public-facing storytelling in the urban design space.
Rabun Hotel Redevelopment
This in-depth piece explores the vision, design, and development strategy behind the Rabun Holiday Inn transformation, spearheaded by an international architectural firm. Through thoughtful interviews and site documentation, I captured the project’s ambition and complexity. The video helped align remote teams, attract investors, and serve as a reference point throughout the design-build process.
It offered layered storytelling—from aerials of site context to granular views of materials and renderings—giving both visual clarity and emotional weight to the vision. The film helped bridge the gap between technical planning and inspirational messaging.
